What is the Cultured Sock Club?
It’s the best day of every month… when a random new pair of Cultured
Socks are delivered to your front door or someone else’s front door if you’re into giving awesome gifts that keep on giving!
Can I choose the socks I get?
Well, that would defeat the purpose of “random” and take the fun out of it! However, if you want to buy individual pairs you can always shop our awesome collection of socks – shop now.
What kind of socks can I expect each month?
GCK Socks, of course! If you’re new to our socks then let us explain… each sock is a customized unique design to ensure that everyone finds something they love. . The end result is awesome styles with amazing quality.
Are your socks comfortable?
So, you haven’t experienced Cultured Socks yet?!? We could try to explain it but there is nothing like experiencing them for yourself! But we’ll try anyways… our secret formula provides the perfect balance of thick/thinness and breath-ability with 80% Combed Cotton, 17% Polyamide and 3% Elastane for superior comfort.
What if I don’t like the socks?
Hmmm… are you sure you don’t like the socks? Okay, so it happens. In order to maintain our amazing price (compared to other designer socks for $12-$32 per pair) we do not offer returns with the Cultured Sock Club. However, we do allow members to cancel at anytime. So, we know we have to deliver awesome styles or else we’re fired!
How long will my membership last?
As long as you want amazing socks each month! Of course, you always have the option to cancel your membership at anytime. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I cancel my membership?
First, ask yourself if you’re sure you want to cancel. Okay, if you’re still sure… email us at email@example.com.
When will my socks arrive each month?
Typically between the 1st and 7th of each month. It can vary based on shipping times, weekends, holidays, etc. If you don’t receive it by the 7th to 10th of the month please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I buy a membership for someone else?
Is the Pope Catholic?!? Of course, we’ll help you become a master gift giver! Feel free to gift memberships to anyone you want… family members, friends, clients, employees, co-workers, your barista… you get the idea!
Will you notify my recipient that I bought them a membership?
Absolutely! They will receive a card with their first pair that lets them know its from you.
What if I want to give several people month memberships?
No problem! Just email us at email@example.com and we’ll give you instructions to send us your recipients info so we can batch load the orders for you.
How do I change my credit card information?
Of course you can always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do it for you (kind of like magic).
How do I change my shipping information?
Also kind of like magic, just email email@example.com or call 919-809-6023. We will send you a confirmation that your shipping address has been updated within 1 business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but only for you! There is an extra $5 charge for shipping each month.
